Thank you for your letter of the 16th

instant 19754/L.

We will telegraph to Hore Kong

asking them to send us a certified copy of the

documents on the file of the Hong Kong Court in the

cases of the "Suning" and "Batching" piracies.

May I take this opportunity of saying that

we are concerned at the delay over this case. The

Order in Council was made on the 10th of November

last, and I know that you sent the papers up to the

Temple promptly.

Counsel have not

It is now the 17th February, and Mauaged

had even to settle the Case and

Cane,

the record still remains to be printed. I think it

will be most unfortunate if the case has to go over

to next term.
